2015 HAIR GRAFTS OR 4030 HAIRS
Challenge: Norwood Grade 3 baldness. Curly Afro-Caribbean hair can be difficult to extract for inexperienced clinics, however at Hair Doctors we are well versed in doing this. It takes an artistic eye to recreate a natural looking temporal triangle and a hairline to suit patients’ facial characteristics and ethnicity.
Procedure: Latest 0.75 mm Micro FUE extraction punch tool used for reduced scarring. Approximately 1600 grafts utilised for frontal hairline and 400 grafts used to restore temporal triangles. DHI implanter pens utilised for implantation to ensure a natural and highest growth results. As can be seen a natural and dense hairline created in a patient that other clinics would have refused to operate on due to curly hair.
Results: Picture taken at 6 months stage. Even more density to come through at 12 months mark!
1806 HAIR GRAFTS OR 3612 HAIRS
Challenge: Norwood Grade 3 baldness. More youthful hairline requested and delivered for the patient. Slightly thin donor hair compared to average, however not an issue with our experienced doctors who were able to implant to recreate a full set of hair.
Procedure: Latest 0.75mm Micro FUE extraction punch tool used for reduced scarring. Full 1806 grafts used for hairline and both temples to create a youthful yet natural hairline for patient.
Results: Picture taken around 12 months.
1350 HAIR GRAFTS OR 2700 HAIRS
Challenge: Norwood Grade 3 baldness with diffuse Male Pattern Baldness. Improved hairline with increase in hair density was requested. This case illustrates that even with smaller graft numbers that a transplant with correct placement of hairs can give you a natural and fuller look.
Procedure: Latest 0.75mm Micro FUE extraction punch tool used for reduced scarring. Grafts placed in hairline and frontal scalp. DHI implanter pens used for best growth rates and to create a more natural hairline.

1503 HAIR GRAFTS OR 3006 HAIRS
Challenge: Norwood Grade 3 baldness with complete loss of both temples. This was a younger patient with advancing hair loss. Medications to maintain natural hairs at the top of the head was a must. Care was taken to ensure that the hairline created would suit the patient as he aged in case of future progression of Male Pattern Baldness.
Procedure: Latest 0.75mm Micro FUE extraction punch tool used for reduced scarring. Grafts placed temple areas only. DHI implanter pens used to allow for a more densely placed grafts in recipient area.
Results: Picture taken 12 months after transplant.
1128 HAIR GRAFTS OR 2256 HAIRS
Challenge: Beard transplant requested by patient as he had a genetically weak beard. Patient had already maximised what he could with topical medications and derma rollers and next phase was to finish his look by giving him density as can be seen in his after picture.
Procedure: Latest 0.75mm Micro FUE extraction punch tool used for reduced scarring. Single hair grafts used for beard line to give it the most natural appearance possible and multiple grafts used on the lower end so that we could avoid a pluggy look.

2010 HAIR GRAFTS OR 4020 HAIRS
Challenge: Diffuse Male Pattern Baldness from front to crown. More density requested throughout with slight adjustment to hairline.
Procedure: Latest 0.75mm Micro FUE extraction punch tool used for reduced scarring. 2010 grafts extracted and distributed so patient could get an overall improvement in current density levels that would last a life time with correct post operative medications to stabilise further hair loss.
Results: Picture taken around 6 months post procedure. Even more density to come through at 12 months mark!
1787 HAIR GRAFTS OR 3574 HAIRS
Challenge: Diffuse Male Pattern Baldness from front to crown. More density requested throughout with hairline recreation to frame face.
Procedure: Latest 0.75mm Micro FUE extraction punch tool used for reduced scarring. Grafts distributed between frontal scalp and crown mainly to give patient a more distributed flow of density throughout his head.
Results: Picture taken at 12 months after transplant.
2543 HAIR GRAFTS OR 5096 HAIRS
Challenge: Norwood Grade 3A approaching 4 Baldness with crown sparing. Full front hairline recreation needed with dense packing of hairline and front scalp. Some temple reinforcement also required with angle hair grafts.
Procedure: Latest 0.75mm Micro FUE extraction punch tool used for reduced scarring. 2543 grafts distributed strategically to create a beautiful frame for patient. As patient’s donor hair was a lot thicker we had to place multiple single hair grafts in the hairline to maintain natural look and avoid a “pluggy” look.
Results: Picture taken around 6 months post procedure. Even more density to come through at 12 months mark!
1630 HAIR GRAFTS OR 3260 HAIRS
Challenge: Norwood Grade 3 baldness. Patient wanted to fill his receding temples and reinforce frontal hairline. The challenge was to ensure we create natural undetectable hairline which as can be seen by the image was easily achieved.
Procedure: Latest 0.75mm Micro FUE extraction punch tool used for reduced scarring. 1630 grafts were distributed to recreate his hairline and reframe his face for a more youthful look.
Results: Picture taken at 6 months post procedure and patient managed to retain and not shed during the initial recovery after the transplant. Only 5% of patients will have minimal shedding at this stage.
3337 HAIR GRAFTS OR 6674 HAIRS
Challenge: Norwood Grade 5 with diffuse thinning throughout scalp. Patient wanted one procedure to provide maximum density. Large procedure undertaken and was safe as patient had good donor area.
Procedure: Latest 0.75mm Micro FUE extraction punch tool used for reduced scarring. 3337 grafts distributed throughout all 3 Zones of scalp to improve overall density. Patient very happy at 6-month mark.
