Both prices are the total cost of the procedure and include anaesthetic, facility fees and all aftercare through to your final result. It is the same FUE procedure, priced by who performs it.
Consultation and HairMetrix Scalp Analysis
Consultation is booked separately from the procedure. Choose a free consultation with a consultant nurse, or a $150 consultation with a doctor that includes a HairMetrix scalp analysis.

WHAT TO EXPECT
Every hair transplant at Hair Doctors begins with a consultation and scalp assessment, where suitability for treatment is confirmed. The procedure uses FUE (follicular unit extraction) to take individual follicular units from a donor area, usually at the back of the scalp, after which the grafts are implanted into the areas of thinning or hair loss. Aftercare and follow-up appointments are included, and results develop gradually over 9 to 12 months. Individual suitability, recovery and results vary.

Dr Ateka has over a decade of experience in aesthetic medicine and minor surgery. She qualified from the University of Dundee in the UK in 2006 and undertook training in anaesthesia and acute care. She holds a qualification from the London Hair Restoration Academy and performs hair transplant procedures using FUE extraction and Implanter Pen implantation techniques.

Dr Oz has experience in men’s health and aesthetic medicine. He qualified from the University of Dundee in the UK in 2009 and holds a qualification from the London Hair Restoration Academy. He performs hair transplant procedures using FUE extraction and Implanter Pen implantation techniques, and holds further qualifications in medical education. He is the Medical Advisor and Educator for the Australian men’s health platform MOSH.
